Delivery
Please allow 5 - 7 days for delivery of all items from the online store, when you buy from the paypal button and 7 to 10 days for customised clothes on your requirements as all garments are made to order.
Delivery time over holiday periods may be longer.
If you are ordering for an occasion, please order at least 3-4 weeks in advance so that you have time to exchange if needed.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to industrial action by Royal Mail staff you may experience delays in receiving your order. For further information please contact your local post office or visit the Royal Mail website. We apologise for any inconvenience this action may cause.
Discreet Packaging
All parcels are sent in plain packaging.
What if your order doesn`t arrive when you expect?
If your UK delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact Carla. info@carla-the-designer.com or use the contact form.
To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses and make one delivery charge per delivery address. A day phone number is required in case we need to contact you.
Also, when you buy for somone, do not forget to provide your own address as the delivery address and full name.
UK delivery
We can dispatch to your preferred delivery address with a signature required on delivery to ensure safe arrival.
Delivery is a £5.50 charge for all UK and EU addresses (you will see this charge on your bill added to the price of the item when you buy with the add to cart button).
International delivery ( Not in the UK - EU )
We can deliver to all international territories but we may require an additional delivery charge to be paid.
If you would like us to ship your goods outside of the UK, please contact us either by telephone, email: info@carla-the-designer.com or via our Contact page.
We use an international signed for service, and a signature is always provided when the parcel has been confirmed as delivered.
Please note: any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. International delivery times Western Europe. Around 4 Working Days for the rest of europe, and 5-10 working days for the rest of the world.
